How do I perform a Hand Drag?
This is an expert move & looks awesome once you pull it off!
We are working on adding an in-game tutorial. Until then read these instructions & watch this gameplay video.
1. Make sure to upgrade 1 grab to Hand Drag (the grab button will be dark grey in color).
2. Pick a run that has good location to try this. For now go to Season 1, Run 7. Practice on the 3rd rail slide in the run.
3. Then jump and perform a tweaked grab.
4. Flip upside down while holding the tweak so that your player’s hand can touch a rail (can also be done on the sloping snow as well!!!)
Just make sure you have enough speed and the impact is low.
Hand Drag Video
Get creative & explore what you can hand drag! Almost every run has features that can be hand dragged! You can even throw in spins.

Game keeps crashing on boot up
As long as you have a supported device & iOS (see above), then try restarting your device & try launching the game again. If this does not work, force quit all of your apps & soft reset your phone (hold the Home & Power button for 8 seconds until the phone restarts). Then try launching the game.

Game RESET and I lost all my progress
There currently is a rare bug that can cause players to lose most of their progress. We are currently working on a fix. If you were using iCloud (see how iCloud works below), you should be able to sync back to your backup save file by playing a few runs. When the iCloud Backup pop up appears, make sure to sync to the proper save file. If you were not using iCloud to save your progress please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. We currently have no way to retrieve your lost progress, but are working adding this feature for the next update.

Backing Up, Transferring, and Restoring Save Files
SuperPro Snowboarding can use the iCloud Documents & Data to save a backup of your game.

To enable iCloud in SuperPro Snowboarding:
1. On your device, go to Settings>iCloud and create or log in to an iCloud account.
2. Make sure Settings>iCloud>Document & Data is enabled (iOS7 users will need to make sure both the Documents & Data toggle is on, and also the SuperPro Snowboarding toggle in Documents & Data is on)
3. Make sure SuperPro Snowboarding is closed (double-tap Home to show open apps, scroll to find SuperPro Snowboarding if it’s there, and (iOS6) press and hold it until a red x appears, press the x to make it disappear, or (iOS7) slide the app screen upward until it disappears, then press home again to hide the open apps)
4. Re-open SuperPro Snowboarding. Go to Help and Options, and make sure iCloud is toggled to On.

Backing up:
Follow the above steps to make sure iCloud is enabled. SuperPro Snowboarding should then automatically save your progress to iCloud as you play.

Playing on another device:
1. Follow the steps to enable iCloud in SuperPro Snowboarding listed at the top of this section on the new device, make sure you are logging into the same iCloud account you are using for SuperPro Snowboarding on your other device.
2. If no iCloud popup appears right away, go to Help and Options in SuperPro Snowboarding, toggle iCloud to Off, then back On.
3. A popup should appear in the game asking if you want to use the save file in iCloud. Press Restore to load the save file on your new device. As you play on this device, iCloud will continue to update your progress on iCloud so you can restore to your latest save in the same way when you return to your other device.

Restoring a lost save file:
If you have been playing with iCloud enabled and lose a save file, it is possible to restore to the last version saved to iCloud.
1. Follow the steps to enable iCloud in SuperPro Snowboarding listed at the top of this section, make sure you are logging into the same iCloud account you have been using for SuperPro Snowboarding.

Issues With iCloud
If iCloud does not appear to be saving a backup of your game, or you are unable to restore to the game saved in iCloud, try these steps:
1. Make sure you have followed all steps to enable iCloud in SuperPro Snowboarding, listed at the top of Backing Up, Transferring, and Restoring Save Files.
2. If you are trying to restore to a file and the popup doesn’t appear, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage and make sure a SuperPro Snowboarding file exists under Documents and Data. If no file exists, you won’t be able to restore. Try finishing a run on a device connected to the iCloud account to get it to save to iCloud. If a file appears, try following the steps in Backing Up, Transferring, and Restoring Save Files to access it.
3. Go to Settings. Make sure any devices you’re trying to use with iCloud have an Internet connection and have Airplane Mode disabled.
4. Make sure that both of your devices are either NOT using iCloud Drive, or both ARE using iCloud Drive. Once you upgrade to Drive (available with iOS8+) you will not be able to sync with devices not using it. iOS7 and below do not support iCloud Drive.
5. In some rare cases, the iCloud file can become corrupted. The game will still save locally to your device, but it may not be updating your iCloud file and or syncing to your other devices. If this is the case, you can delete that iCloud file so a new file can be uploaded. To do this, go into Settings>iCloud>Storage>Manage Storage>SuperProSnowboading>Edit & delete your SuperPro Snowboarding iCloud save file. Next go back into the game & play a few runs while connected to the internet. Check back in this location & it should have automatically uploaded a new iCloud file. Your other devices now should pick up on this file & ask you to sync the next time you play on them.

Multiplayer / Facebook
SuperPro Snowboarding allows players to play as a guest or sign in using Facebook.
If you encounter issues with Facebook, try going to “Help & Options” and “Logout” of Facebook & then back in.
To play against a Facebook friend, go to Multiplayer>New Challenge>Challenge Facebook Friend. If your friends already have the game & have signed into Facebook within the app, they will appear in your list. If they do not have the game & or are not signed in, make sure to press “INVITE”to send them a message to download the app.

How to Restore In-App Purchases
If you purchased the “Coin Doubler” or either of the “Energy” upgrades and for some reason it’s no longer working, open SuperPro Snowboarding -> Store -> Coins. Press the “RESTORE” button below the Coin Doubler to reactivate them. The Coin Doubler button will be darkened and have NO “BUY” button when it’s active. This will double all coins earned in-game, but not coins received through in-app purchases. The energy meter upgrades will also be darkened if previously purchased & the meter will reflect the appropriate upgrade amount.
